our dough is our baby. it is highly hydrated and takes three long days to grow to fluffy perfection. luckily, that’s just in time for the mozzarella fior di latte to arrive from naples, where it is made from the best milk of the region and delivered to us within 48 hours.
our prosciutto cotto affumicato from felino needs a bit more time. it’s salted by hand and smoked with wood from the forest of the Emilia-Romagna.
our pizza is made by people from all over the world, with big hearts and open souls.
